Mr. John Serro of Irwin, PA, founded the legendary Serro (Scotty) Company in 1957. They were first manufactured on his property.
It is 13 feet long. The box measures 10′ long and 6’4″ high. Sleeps 4. No rot or leaks. Floor is solid as well. Weighs 975 pounds so has no electric brakes. No bath model. Exterior aluminum was from salvaged WWII aircraft. Stovetop, sink, and ice box are original. All windows, screens, glass, running lights, signals, and keyed door are original Bargman and all operate as they should.
Tows well. Has a 1-7/8″ ball hookup. Good tires with original rims and hubcaps with two spare tires. Wheel bearings recently replaced.
Includes original dinette cushions; they will need reupholstered. High quality unsoiled mattresses.
Original 1954 propane cylinder kept for authenticity (the valve was replaced and tank can be refilled anywhere).
